Here is a list of the future directions on which I will be working for the Regular Expression Component Library:

1) Support for Unicode characters and internationalization.

2) Named regular expressions which associate a regular expression and its expression options with a user name.

3) Support for an ActiveX Library.

4) Support for a CORBA implementation.

5) Further enhancements to string and file matching and replacing abilities.
