Version 3.0.1 Changes for C++ Builder 6

Listed here is the fix in this version between version 3.0 and version 3.0.1 of the Regular Expression Library for C++ Builder 6. This information also exists in the Read Me file for the component.

Fixes include:

a) When the MergeOnlyFirst property was true and the OnMerging or OnMergingClosure event was being handled, no merge would incorrectly occur. This has been fixed by this release.
